Whether you're working remotely and getting people together to collaborate or you're all in office and need a change of scene, Republic Brewing Company is one of the best places in Manchester for your next corporate retreat, off-site meeting, party, or event. Our 7,500sq ft space offers plenty of room for large teams, with a total capacity of 150 people.
Your team will have the whole brewery to themselves, with access to our full farm-to-table kitchen menu full of locally sourced dishes and full tap list, which not only includes our beer but also a rotating guest tap from our brewery friends, wine, and root beer. Plus, games like corn hole and table shuffleboard let you mix work and play, creating a laid-back atmosphere. If you're looking to bring laptops and have a working session, free wifi is available too.
The Logistics
The brewery is available for private events weekdays between 3–9 (you pick a 4-hour block!) There is a flat rental fee and minimum spend requirement. We also offer non private reservation options, if a full buy out isn't in the cards.
Getting here is easy! We have a free on-site parking lot, plus street parking nearby and a garage across the street for overflow. We're also walking distance from many hotels—including the Hilton Garden Inn, DoubleTree By Hilton Manchester Downtown, Residence Inn Manchester Downtown, Tru by Hilton Manchester Downtown—as well as the many businesses in Manchester's Millyard.

7,500 Square Feet of Craft, Comfort, and Community
Whether you are planning a corporate buyout, a milestone birthday, or a casual social gathering, Republic Brewing Company offers a versatile, vibrant space tailored to your needs. From our "Grassy Knoll" to our intimate lounge, the entire taproom is yours to customize.
The Spaces
- The Full Buyout: Access to the entire 7,300 sq. ft. facility, including the taproom, lounge, and green space.
- The Main Taproom: Features varied seating (tables for 2 to 8) for up to 60 guests.
- The "Grassy Knoll:" An indoor AstroTurf space in front of our 20ft glass overhead door. Seats 14–20; hosts 30–50 socially.
- The Lounge: A cozy, semi-private area that seats 14 comfortably or hosts 15–30 socially.
Amenities Included
- Entertainment: Shuffleboard, two corn hole sets, and a small putting green.
- Ambiance: Customizable lighting (from vibrant and bright to warm and dim).
- AV: On-site projector and state-of-the-art sound system.
Food & Drink
We provide elevated scratch-made dishes delivered in a casual brewery setting.
- The Menu: Locally sourced animal proteins, award-winning hand-cut fries, and tacos/quesadillas made with local, family-recipe corn tortillas.
- Inclusive Options: A wide variety of creative vegan and vegetarian dishes.
- The Bar: In addition to RBC House Brews, we offer local guest taps, canned cocktails, seltzers, cider, and a full wine list (Red, Rosé, and White).
- N/A Options: Locally made root beer on draft and N/A seltzer.
- Drink Tickets: Available for pre-purchase to make hosting easy.
Rental Options & Rates
Private Buyouts (Tuesday – Thursday)
- Time Window: 3–4 hours between 3:00 PM and 9:00 PM (Flexibility available).
- Rental Fee: $2,000.00
- Food & Beverage Minimum: $1,500.00
Weekend Buyouts
Weekend evening buyouts are offered by special exception only.
- Rental Fee: $3,500.00
- Food & Beverage Minimum: $3,000.00
